As a Business Technology Analyst 3, you'll play a key role in bridging business and technologyhelping deliver critical system changes, drive project execution, and support operational excellence within our GTSS Recon and Payment Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a project-driven environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a measurable impact across operations, product, and technology teams.

In this role, you'll spend the majority of your time leading and supporting project-based initiatives (80%), with additional exposure to operational processes (20% as needed).

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a mid-level professional who can operate independently, think critically, and confidently manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating meetings
• Strong knowledge of project management practices and testing methodologies (UAT)
• Ability to develop and execute test plans and track/report defects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Experience in or exposure to trade finance or financial systems (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with systems such as Trade 360, Wall Street FX, IT Hub, or reporting tools is a plus

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00
