Job Description: Forklift Operator

**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $18 per hour

**Job Summary:**
A Wooster company is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Wooster, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of trailers using a sit-down style forklift, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving of products through proper paperwork and an RF Scanning system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate a sit-down style forklift to load and unload trailers efficiently.
- Accurately ship and receive products using proper paperwork and RF Scanning systems.
- Ensure all products are handled safely and securely.
- Must have high attention to detail for quality inspection and data entry into Software.
- Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
- Familiar with RF scanning or have the ability to learn.

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift is preferred.
- Must be able to work overtime with little notice and on weekends as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in shipping/receiving tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Schedule:**
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Must be willing to work overtime with little notice and weekends as required.

**Compensation:**
- $18 per hour
