HR Operations Specialist – Poland & Germany (Hybrid) or (Remote) Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential for extension/permanent employment) Are you an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in HR administration and payroll processes across Poland and Germany? We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join a dynamic EMEA HR team supporting employees and managers across both countries. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR‑related queries, providing guidance on policies, payroll, benefits, contracts, and HR processes. Manage employee requests and cases through a case management system across multiple communication channels. Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, employee changes, benefits administration, leave management, and offboarding activities. Prepare, validate, and coordinate payroll inputs for Poland and Germany, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR transactions meet quality and compliance standards. Partner with HR teams, payroll providers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience. Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Requirements Fluent in Polish, German, and English. Experience within HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration. Strong knowledge of HR administration and payroll processes in both Poland and Germany. Experience working with payroll systems and HR case management tools. Understanding of local employment legislation and payroll principles. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and data privacy awareness. Preferred Experience supporting multi-country EMEA HR operations. Exposure to HR technology, automation, or AI-enabled HR tools. Experience collaborating with external payroll providers and vendors. Why Apply?
