You're organized, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to both restaurant and corporate teams.## What you'll do* Provide day-to-day IT support for the corporate office and restaurant locations.* Respond to help desk tickets, remote requests, phone calls, and on-site service needs.* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, internet, and POS issues with minimal business disruption.* Deliver exceptional support and customer service to restaurant and corporate teams.- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot:* - Windows PCs and laptops* - POS terminals and peripherals* - Printers and scanners* - Network equipment and wireless access points* - VoIP phone systems* - CCTV and security systems* Perform hardware replacements, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades.* Support LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN, and internet connectivity across all locations.* Coordinate with internet service providers, telecommunications vendors, and technology partners.* Assist with IT installations, deployments, and technology setup for new restaurant openings, remodels, and relocations.* Travel to restaurant locations to provide hands-on technical support as needed.* Maintain accurate documentation, equipment inventory, and support records.* Partner with Operations, Facilities, and restaurant teams to ensure reliable technology and business continuity.## What we're looking for* 1–3 years of IT, help desk, or network support experience.* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi), and POS systems.* Experience supporting printers, peripherals, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, and surveillance systems.* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the New York metropolitan area.## Nice to have* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and networking platforms such as Ubiquiti, Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, or Fortinet is a plus.* Experience supporting retail, restaurant, or multi-unit operations is preferred.### Work ScheduleWeekdaysMorning (6AM - 12PM)Afternoon (12PM - 6PM)### Ready to apply?Job TypeFull-timeScheduleWeekdays:Morning, AfternoonSalary$25.00 - $35.00/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
