Description:
General comments: Data Collection: 9-26-24 Unit Information: Food and Nutrition Services Number of Beds: 166 Number of Staff: 30 Type of Staff: Day Shift: 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters (7-3:30 PM) Night Shift: Patient Ratios 15 to 18 Type of Equipment: N/A EMR: Meditech Typical hiring profile skill set most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Registered Dietitian licensed and state licensed, RD, LD More than 2 years of experience in an acute care setting List of typical procedures performed: Assess patients for all nutritional needs such as tube feedings, TPN, supplements, dietary preferences. Attend patient rounding, staff meetings, resident training, quality meetings, etc. Best personality fit: Collaborative and teamwork-oriented. Floating Areas: Float to all units, Med. Surg and ICU, CCU. Dress Code: Scrub color/Attire - Red scrubs. Weekend and On-Call: Rotate weekends as needed. No on-call.
