Senior Tax Analyst

Senior Tax Analyst supporting global tax operations, including federal compliance, worldwide tax provisions, and technology-driven process improvements. Requires 3+ years corporate tax experience and bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, based in Sunnyvale, CA with hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. federal tax compliance including return preparation, extensions, and form review
• Prepare worldwide tax provision including book-to-tax differences and related reconciliations
• Calculate and maintain deferred tax balances for stock compensation, fixed and intangible assets
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close procedures including tax accruals and journal entries
• Evaluate and implement AI tools and automation to improve tax compliance and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years corporate tax return and tax provision experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with learning orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Big Four experience preferred
• Experience with AI tools, Corptax, SAP, Alteryx, or Tableau a plus
