Job Summary:The Claims Associate Representative is responsible for delivering basic technical, administrative, and operative support for claims processing. This entry-level role focuses on examining and processing paper and electronic claims, completing data entry tasks, maintaining documentation, and providing general support under close supervision. Key Responsibilities:Examine and process paper and electronic insurance claims.Perform accurate and timely data entry for claims processing.Maintain files and documentation related to claims.Provide basic support to internal teams or clients regarding claims inquiries.Follow instructions and procedures with a focus on compliance and accuracy.Work closely with supervisors for daily or task-based assignments. Required Skills:Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD coding systems.Proficiency in computer navigation and general digital literacy. Education & Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in claims processing or a similar administrative role. Additional Skills:Data entry experience.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Read/Write/Speak).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per year
