Compensation Package Salary Range: Personal Lines Account Manager: $55,000 - $70,000 Commercial Lines Account Manager: $65,000 - $80,000 Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage and maintain a portfolio of personal or commercial insurance accounts. Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on their insurance options and ensuring their coverage meets their needs. Review policy renewals and proactively retain current customers. Process quotes and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Utilize EZLynx software for account management and documentation. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry (5+ years preferred for Personal Linescandidates). Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Strong knowledge of general insurance practices; experience with captives is a plus for Personal Linescandidates. Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Professional demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a focused, no-drama work environment.
