This is a key role in a fast-paced PIP clinic, requiring strong organization, communication, and customer service skills. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients professionally Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage patient intake, documentation, scanning, and emails Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records Translate for patients as needed (English/Spanish/Creole) Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Prior front desk or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with computers and EMR systems What We’re Looking For A reliable, professional individual who can keep the front desk running efficiently in a high-volume environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Multi Care Medical LLC
