This hybrid role combines customer service and sales , making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships while also being rewarded for performance.

You’ll work with both existing customers and prospective clients , providing excellent service while identifying opportunities to improve coverage and strengthen client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Assist existing clients with policy updates, billing questions, endorsements, and coverage reviews
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage that better protects clients
• Follow up with prospective clients and warm leads
• Support agency growth through both service excellence and sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• A service-first mindset with the ability to recognize sales opportunities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus (not required)

Insurance License (Property & Casualty or Personal Lines) preferred, but we will support the right candidate in obtaining their license.
