Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate: $19.50 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate warehouse records, managing freight scheduling, processing essential shipping documentation, and providing hands-on support in the warehouse when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, track, and manage all inbound pickup and outbound delivery appointments.

• Data Entry & Spreadsheet Management: Accurately log, update, and maintain inventory and operational information across company spreadsheets.

• Documentation & Receipt Processing:

  • Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and efficiently.

  • Enter and reconcile receiving receipts against incoming shipments.

• Inventory Control: Enter cycle count data into the system and assist with resolving reporting discrepancies.

• Floor Support: As needed, assist directly on the warehouse floor with general cleaning, organizing, and supporting physical delivery or shipping tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience with data entry, office administration, or warehouse/logistics coordination.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and data entry management.

• Familiarity with logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and inventory receipts.

• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.

• Ability to step out into a warehouse environment to assist with physical tasks, lifting, cleaning, and material movement when required.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating delivery schedules and internal workflows.
