Job Description:

We are hiring an Office / Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This position will handle data entry, scheduling, and documentation while also providing occasional support on the warehouse floor.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working in Excel, and has previous warehouse and stand-up forklift experience.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
• Enter and maintain information in Excel spreadsheets
• Perform accurate daily data entry
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Enter receipts and receiving information into the system
• Enter and update cycle count and inventory information
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
• Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding pickups, deliveries, and inventory
• Assist on the warehouse floor when additional support is needed
• Help with deliveries and general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate a stand-up forklift when required

Qualifications:

• Previous data entry, office, administrative, or clerical experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with shipping/receiving paperwork, including BOLs, preferred
• Previous inventory or cycle count experience is a plus
• Stand-up forklift experience required
• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dependable and able to handle multiple responsibilities throughout the day

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SPARTANBURG, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
