About My Gym

My Gym Children's Fitness Center is a fun, active, environment where kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement! Our structured classes blend gymnastics, games, music, and activities that help children (ages 3 months -10 years) grow physically, socially, and emotionally.

Job Summary

We're looking for an Assistant Teacher who loves working with kids and thrives in a high-energy, team-oriented setting. You'll support Lead Teachers in running our award-winning programs and play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and encouraging space for every child.

This position offers training and advancement opportunities - motivated team members can grow into a Lead Teacher with additional pay and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teachers with class set-up, clean-up, and instruction
• Engage with children through songs, games, and movement activities
• Maintain a fun, energetic, and safe environment
• Greet families and provide excellent customer service
• Help with special events, birthday parties, and camps
• Support a clean and organized gym space

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children (teaching, coaching, babysitting, camps, etc.) preferred
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and reliability
• Physical active and comfortable moving equipment or demonstrating basic skills
• Willingness to lean and grow into a Lead Teacher position

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time: weekday mornings, and weekends availability required!
