Responsibilities Operating Expenses: Reporting and monitoring of the US Injectables operational spending. Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage budgeting, forecasting and business planning for all operational expenses and capital spend. Inventory Control: Ensure financial reporting accuracy of inventories, analyze balances and ensure reserves are adequate per policy. Product Costing Standards: Direct yearly product costing for the US Injectables manufacturing sites for the whole portfolio and for new launches. Capital Expenses: Supervise the CAPEX budget while managing spend per project. Business Partnering & Management Reporting: Oversee all major reports and presentations distributed to higher management. Efficiency Optimization: Identify gaps related to operations and finance processes. Ad Hoc Projects: Work on one‑off projects such as acquisitions, valuations and feasibility analyses. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree/MBA strongly preferred. 7+ years of finance/accounting experience. Strong quantitative analytical skills with experience using data to influence decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication. Outstanding financial modeling and critical thinking skills. Excellent problem‑solving and project management skills. Ability to manage and inspire direct reports. Ability to build relationships at all levels and manage departmental relationships with stakeholders. Strong experience in a matrixed environment and building cross‑functional alignment. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills. Knowledge of ERP systems, mainly SAP. Compensation Base Salary: $66,600 to $133,750 annually. Salary is determined during the interview process and varies based on location, experience and other factors.
