Human Resource Generalist

Maintain full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, interviewing, and hiring Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a successful onboarding Assist with benefits administration and enrollment Update and maintain employee records Support payroll when needed Create and generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Associate's or Bachelor's degree , required 3-5 years of experience in human resources, required Background in manufacturing, required Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred PHR certification preferred This role is in office with hours of 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
