We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Grand Prairie. This position is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills who also has hands-on experience in loading operations and building materials.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Generate sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Support loading operations when needed to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales experience required.
- Loading experience in a warehouse, lumberyard, building materials, or similar environment required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with order entry systems.
- Ability to work effectively with both customers and team members.
- Knowledge of building materials, lumber, or construction products is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
