SCF Line Lead Technician B shift

Becton Dickinson seeks a Line Lead Technician for B shift manufacturing operations at its Columbus facility. The role involves setting up and maintaining production equipment, supervising associates, and driving process improvements to ensure quality output of medical technology products.

Responsibilities

Set up machinery per specifications to manufacture products meeting quality standards
Repair, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment including part replacement and reassembly
Assign tasks to associates and instruct them on proper job methods
Perform and lead preventive maintenance on assigned production line
Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance; coordinate shift handoffs

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Machine setup and operation experience
Troubleshooting and equipment repair skills
Ability to supervise and train production associates
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
Experience with product changeovers and quality control
