Job Openings at Community Connections Inc Based in Plymouth, MA, as an Aide, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities, helping them thrive. You'll be a crucial part of Community Connections' mission to provide optimal independence and enriching services to people with disabilities, making a lasting impact in their lives. We are looking for an Aide with a commitment to compassion, caring for others and serving the community. What You'll Do as an Aide: Assist individuals in developing and refining skills, promoting functional independence during breaks, mealtimes and other specific routines.
