Dermatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Seasonal

Location: Fort Myers, Bonita Springs & Naples, FL

Job Type: Seasonal / Temporary

Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Saturday opportunities

Season: January 1, 2027 - April 30, 2027

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with dermatology experience for a seasonal position in Southwest Florida.

The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions while working with a supervising physician and clinical support team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat dermatologic conditions

• Perform skin examinations and skin cancer screenings

• Develop treatment plans and educate patients

• Perform dermatology procedures based on experience and comfort level

• Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, ED&C, and simple excisions/repairs as appropriate

• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMA

• Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinical team

• Provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment

• Travel between Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples locations as needed

Requirements

• Active Florida NP or PA license, or ability to obtain before starting

• Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience as a practicing NP or PA

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dermatology setting

• Ability to work with a supervising physician and clinical team

• Willingness to travel within the Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples area

No specific dermatology procedure is required from day one. Training is available as needed.

DEA registration and controlled-substance prescribing experience are not required.
