Vaco Arizona is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. This is a fully onsite contract opportunity offering up to $33/hour, plus a potential bonus. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting key accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Perform account and bank reconciliations Assist with month-end close processes Prepare and maintain accurate financial records Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Support the accounting team with various projects and reporting needs Qualifications: Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Strong reconciliation experience Staff Accountant or general accounting background preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in Phoenix Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
