Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive sales growth

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
