What You'll Do

• Design and develop impactful signage, branding, and visual communication solutions
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to bring concepts to life
• Create and prepare production-ready artwork for:

• Interior & Exterior Signage
• Vehicle Wraps & Fleet Graphics
• Banners
• Trade Show Displays
• Environmental & Dimensional Graphics
• Window & Wall Graphics

• Develop client proofs and manage revisions
• Perform color correction and maintain color consistency across projects
• Operate large-format production equipment including printers, flatbeds, cutters, plotters, and laminators
• Prepare files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain organized project files and production documentation
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and production technologies

Qualifications

Required

• Experience working in a sign shop, signage company, or large-format print environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated, produced, and installed signage projects (Web-only or digital-only portfolios will not be considered)

Proficiency with:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Microsoft Office
• Gerber Omega
• Onyx RIP
• Thrive RIP

• Experience with large-format print production workflows
• Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production
• Experience with vehicle wraps
• Logo development, branding, and custom graphic creation experience
