Heavy Equipment Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Operate large excavators and front-end loaders to move, load, and unload aggregate, mulch, soil, and sand.
• Safely load materials into dump trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all company safety procedures while working outdoors in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist with general yard operations as needed.

Heavy Equipment Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating large excavators and front-end loaders; 3 to 5 years preferred.
• Proven ability to safely load and unload materials into dump trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles. Knowledge of aggregate, mulch, soil, and sand handling, along with safe equipment operating practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and frequently climb on and off heavy equipment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review.
