Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
Pay: $20.00/ hr

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Generalists / Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Nashville. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in a production environment while working with a supportive team focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

·        Assist with daily production and machine operation activities

·        Support efficient and effective production processes

·        Work with team members to maintain quality standards

·        Help ensure production goals and client expectations are met

·        Identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity

·        Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

·        Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

·        0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

·        Ability to work effectively in a team setting

·        Any combination of education, related experience, or military experience will be considered

Preferred:

·        Strong problem-solving skills

·        Good verbal communication skills

·        Positive attitude and willingness to learn

·        6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

·        Two paid 15-minute breaks per shift
