Installation Manager- Orlando

Overview One Goal, One Passion - Growth is Everything at Window Nation The Installation Manager reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of replacement windows, siding, and doors in the assigned market area. The Installation Manager ensures that both the work completed and the customer’s satisfaction meet or exceed company standards. Core Role Responsibilities Recruits, selects, trains, and manages direct reports Performs services & measures as necessary Selects, monitors, and validates installation crews (including 1099) and maintains skill matrix; processes install pay Responsible for warehouse operations to ensure adequate inventory of installation materials and scheduled warehouse auditing Serves as customer service liaison when install-related problems arise Works with scheduling coordinators to ensure appropriate crew assignments Oversees job sites to ensure quality installs are complete; attends remeasurements when necessary Responsible for quality job inspections and audits to sustain high crew performance Delivers materials to job sites when required Approves additional costs on job sites Manages run rates and quality scores Manages install jobs through to completion Reviews sold projects to ensure all indirect materials are identified, ordered, and received prior to install day Basic Qualifications HS Diploma or GED 4+ years of relevant leadership experience 4+ years of general construction knowledge 3+ years of customer issue-resolution experience 1+ years of experience with windows, including measuring and service/installation in lieu of service Experience working with installation crews Valid driver’s license; clean driving record, clean criminal background check, and clean drug test Preferred Qualifications College degree or other secondary education preferred Experience with warehouse management High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite CRM experience (Salesforce a plus) Customer-centric mindset Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environments What We Offer Competitive pay and bonus opportunities Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) Paid time off Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company A supportive team culture where your contributions matter Window Nation is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
