Monticello Pump Services, Inc. is hiring a Technician / Helper to join our growing team!

We are a trusted well water service company specializing in well pump repair, replacement, water systems, pressure tanks, diagnostics, and water treatment systems . We are looking for a motivated individual who wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with well pump repair and replacement
• Help diagnose low water pressure and no water issues
• Install and service water treatment systems
• Assist with pressure tank, piping, and water system repairs
• Load/unload equipment and maintain tools/work vehicles
• Provide professional customer service on job sites
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude or construction experience preferred
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, well pump, or construction experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy equipment/materials
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• Overtime available
• Emegency service on weekends

Experience:

• Mechanical/Construction: Preferred but not required
• Customer Service: Helpful but not required

• In-person / Field Service
