This position is a full-time, hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home and on site. We're excited to welcome local talent or those already planning a move; however, this position does not include relocation support*What You'll DoSupport product lifecycle management activities from development through commercialization.Assist in the development of product strategies, marketing plans, and growth initiatives.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and deliver product training and support commercial activities.Assist with product launches, business case development, pricing and go-to-market planning.Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, training materials, and technical content.Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and regulatory compliance.Support and lead cross-functional project teams by helping track timelines, deliverables, and project objectives.Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events as needed.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.Minimum of two years of experience in Product Management or a related role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.Experience in medical devices, durable medical equipment (DME), orthopedics, neurology, pain management, or healthcare industries.Experience supporting product launches or commercialization activities.Experience creating technical documentation, product requirements, or training materials.Demonstrated ability to gather market insights and translate customer needs into product improvements.Why Join RS Medical?Opportunity to transition into or grow within Product Management.Exposure to the full product lifecycle in a regulated healthcare environment.Collaborative, cross-functional work environment.Meaningful work that supports products designed to improve patient care and quality of life.Career development opportunities within a growing organization.
