Onboarding Lead
Location: Remote
Type: C2C/W2 Duration: 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish standard onboarding process
- Lead the onboarding of Providers including providing guidance and HCMACS Program management support
- Lead team (if required) of HCA Provider Support’s onboarding team
- Is primary point of contact between the State and Providers during the onboarding process
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience onboarding clients on Epic Community Connect, including facilities and software, preferably with clinics
- 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills both with executives and clinicians
