Employers in Texas have a minimum wage of $7.25 per hour + tip, but we start team members out at up to $11 an hour and leads at up to $14 an hour and are also willing to negotiate based on experience. Also, right after probation passes after 3 months your pay rate will go up depending on performance. We give raises and promotions for great work, good communication, and going the extra mile. Wages are negotiable based on your unique circumstance. We also have cash and credit card tips which can be a significant amount in addition to the hourly. We look foward to all our applicants!
