Service Area This Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant position covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. You build your own daily route and manage your own caseload What You'll Earn $40 per visit, full time or part time What You'll Enjoy Full-time team members receive: Health and dental coverage Paid time off and paid holidays Paid mileage at $0.64/mile or a company vehicle 401(k) with company match up to 4% Company-paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability Weekly pay every Friday Part-time team members receive: Health coverage Paid mileage at $0.64/mile Weekly pay every Friday Flexible assignments to fit your schedule What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatment in patients' homes under the direction of the supervising PT Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence in the environment where it matters most, their own home Document treatment progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT Build genuine relationships with patients over the course of their care, not just a single visit Manage your own daily schedule and route across your caseload What We're Looking For Active PTA license in Oklahoma Home health experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome PTAs from outpatient, SNF, or inpatient backgrounds who are ready for a change of pace Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule A genuine passion for one-on-one, relationship-based patient care Open to full time or part time.
