Summary Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager who blends strong client relationship management with hands‑on performance marketing skills across search, social, and programmatic. You'll run integrated SEM and paid social campaigns in Google Ads and Meta, guide a small team of strategists, and keep client goals on track. Requirements 3+ years hands‑on experience with Google Ads/SA360 (Shopping, YouTube) and/or Meta paid social 3+ years running campaigns optimized for revenue or customer acquisition (not just awareness/consideration) Experience managing paid media for a consumer goods, retail, DTC, or ecommerce client or brand Agency experience strongly preferred Prior managerial or supervisory experience Strong client relationship management and communication skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field Responsibilities Manage and mentor 1-2 digital marketing strategists Lead SEM (Google Search, Shopping, YouTube) and paid social (Meta, TikTok) campaigns end to end Oversee integrated campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic to meet client goals Own client relationships and report on performance and results Analyze campaign data to drive efficiency and share actionable insights Stay current on SEM and digital marketing trends and best practices Nice To Have Experience with Google Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center, Meta Advantage+, DPAs, or product feed management #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Frog Solutions
