Life Services Financial Solutions Advisor (Series 7 & 66 required)

A Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) at Bank of America supports the Life Services team by guiding beneficiaries through informed financial decisions regarding inherited assets. The FSA engages clients via a phone-based platform, providing education, solutions, and building long‑term financial plans. Responsibilities Responsible for the end‑to‑end client experience: manage and provide financial advice to an assigned group of clients, enhance client care, retention, and resolve client issues. Triage client leads, make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meet with clients to review financial and investment goals. Build financial plans and recommend brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions). Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations. Qualifications Required: Series 7 and 66 or equivalent (required), 1-2+ years of financial advisory or investment experience in the financial service industry, and/or a sales environment with met or exceeded goals. Desired: Strong computer skills, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline strongly preferred, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
