What is expected from Team Members:

- Make outbound calls to community members and business leaders.

- Share the mission and dedication of the charitable programs, and represent a respected cause that benefits the local community and brings joy to children who lead very different lives than most of us lead.

- Sales experience is helpful especially in outbound sales, but our management will also train candidates looking to learn the art of sales from a 30+year sales veteran.

- Great weekday hours! Mon-Thur 9 am - 4 pm (hour lunch) / Friday 9 am - noon makes for only a 27-hour work week but with exceptional full-time earnings which makes for a great work/life balance.

Who we are looking for:

- Individuals with great personalities and have the track record and confidence to become a top salesperson earning $1000+ in commissions on a weekly basis.

- Clear, confident phone voice, positive attitude, ability to brush off rejection, organization skills, and a reliable work ethic.
