Role Overview: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-On-site
Join our mission-driven team as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a senior executive role reporting directly to the Founder and CEO. This is an on-site role based in Clearwater, Florida, working in close partnership with the Founder, CEO, and executive leadership team to drive financial strategy, major initiatives, and company-wide execution.
As CFO, you will lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of hellocare, ensuring that our rapid growth is underpinned by strong financial discipline and scalable processes. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future, driving sustainable growth, and aligning our financial strategy with our vision to revolutionize healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Capital Management: Manage fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing, to secure the capital needed for strategic initiatives and operations.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize financial processes and systems, ensuring cost management and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies while proactively managing financial risks.
- Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing regular financial updates and fostering trust and confidence in hellocare’s financial performance.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute financial opportunities that align with the company’s mission.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage financial data to inform strategic decisions and track performance against objectives.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Your Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare, technology, or telehealth sectors.
- Expertise: Demonstrated success in financial strategy, capital management, and operational efficiency.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including regulatory environments and reimbursement models.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Leadership: Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial management tools and CRM software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
