Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will provide leadership and oversight to staff across multiple locations. A candidate with prior public accounting or multi-entity accounting experience is highly preferred. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, internal audits, budgeting processes, and system compliance, while also serving as a mentor to a team of accounting professionals.\n

Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

• Lead monthly closing processes and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions.
\n
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements and pro forma reports in compliance with US GAAP.
\n
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
\n
• Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
\n
• Assess internal control systems and recommend improvements.
\n
• Provide ongoing leadership and development for the Finance teams across venues.

• Prior public accounting or multi-entity accounting experience.

• Prior experience supervising accounting professionals.

• Background in multi-location financial operations and consolidations.
\n
• Familiarity with internal controls, audits, and compliance practices.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
