AI/ML Engineer

CGI is actively seeking a Senior AI/ML and Emerging Tech Expert to join our Emerging Technologies Practice and lead the design and delivery of AI driven applications across our Federal Portfolio. You will work end to end—from proofs of concept to production—partnering with solution architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to turn ideas into scalable, secure solutions. This role blends full stack engineering with modern AI/ML, integrating generative AI and advanced analytics within Azure, AWS, and GCP to achieve tangible business outcomes. This position is located in our Knoxville, TN, Lafayette LA, Belton TX, Lebanon VA, Fairfax VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Role duties include AI/ML solutioning & delivery, full stack engineering, cloud & devsecops, graph database development, collaboration & client engagement.

Required qualifications include US citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, education in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence & machine learning, and experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML or advanced software solutions. Technical skills include programming in Python and Java, ML/deep learning, generative AI, web & APIs, DevOps/MLOps, cloud, and data.
