Software Configuration Lead – Responsibilities The work: You will be responsible for ensuring the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations, meeting cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate, and manage the team to perform effectively. Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Location & Schedule This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. We may consider qualified candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) Bonus Points Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter Strong understanding of data accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.
