Working within a 28-bed Progressive Care/Intermediate Care Unit focused on cardiac populations will allow you to develop advanced skills and add impressive milestones to your resume. Handling cardiac cases such as STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and Post-Cath patients, along with managing advanced cardiac drips, ensures every shift will both challenge and reward you professionally.


Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment; flexible scheduling may be available

Desired Experience:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years' recent stepdown or PCU/IMCU experience in a facility of comparable size
• Documented proficiency in caring for cardiac populations
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous experience working with cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care for cardiac patients in the PCU/IMCU setting (1:3-4 ratio)
• Monitor and manage cardiac drips and telemetry as assigned
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Employ excellent critical thinking and assessment skills under pressure
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation of patient care
