Data Analyst Department: Operations & Supply Chain Employment Type: Full Time Location: Columbia, PA - Plant Description ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst , a high‑impact, operations‑focused role supporting supply chain excellence across our Columbia, PA manufacturing operations. How You Will Help Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and other functions to align material planning with build schedules Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend optimal stocking strategies for all products Support supplier performance management by tracking delivery timelines, quality metrics, and pricing trends Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory, lead times, and supplier reliability Assist in the development of sourcing strategies for critical materials Identify risks in the supply chain (e.g., shortages, delays) and propose mitigation plans Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics, warehousing, and production flow What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, coding); experience with Power BI, ERP/MRP systems required Familiarity with manufacturing environments Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
