Property Ops Associate: HUD/LIHTC & Leasing

National Church Residences in Wilkinsburg, PA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager I to support daily property operations under the Property Manager. You will help ensure HUD and LIHTC compliance, manage leasing activities, maintain resident files, communicate with owners and vendors, and assist in marketing to sustain occupancy. Strong organization and MS Office skills required. Experience in office or leasing settings preferred; training provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Church Residences
