Why You'll Love This Role: Be a leader in a growing pharmacy department focused on compassionate, accessible care Enjoy great work‑life balance with weekday schedule (M–F, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) Collaborate with passionate healthcare professionals across multiple locations Make a real difference in patients’ lives—every day Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with ARMS policy and Alabama state laws Supervise and mentor Pharmacy Technicians and PRN Technicians Dispense medications with a strong commitment to patient safety and organizational procedures Monitor pharmacy trends, optimize 340B opportunities, and pursue revenue-enhancing initiatives Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and safety protocols Lead the development of pharmacy marketing plans and educational outreach efforts Support business development and community pharmacy programs Conduct regular inventory control, including timely removal of expired medications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm or PharmD) Active license to practice pharmacy in the state of Alabama Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred Skills & Abilities: Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and compliance standards Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills Must be computer literate , with proficiency in pharmacy systems and general office Patient-focused, professional, and team-oriented approach Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr ALABAMA REGIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES
