Customer Analyst

Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with a Korean based automotive enterprise to hire a Customer Feedback Associate.

Job Title: Customer Feedback Associate

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Fountain Valley, CA

Employment Type: Temporary, 3 months with possible extension

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Purpose

Support in the management of the implementation of Customer Experience programs that improve retailer performance and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain databases of customer experience data. Conduct queries, data analysis and forecasting by integrating other databases.
• Document and maintain department procedures & policies for Customer Feedback initiatives (e.g., dataflow to/from suppliers, report procedures, program approvals). Identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct data analytics and advanced data discovery analysis to integrate with customer experience programs.
• Monitor program effectiveness, troubleshoot potential issues, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Job requirements

• Bachelors degree required.
• Related work experience.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have highly effective verbal and written skills.
• Self-motivated, high initiative works well independently with little to moderate direction.
• Excellent Collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Fine print:

This is a W2 position.
