Property Manager

Located in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties Coordinate property maintenance and inspections Respond to emergency calls and ensure resolution Manage leases, deposits, rent collection, and agreement compliance Complete paperwork for housing assistance programs Resolve tenant complaints, violations, and issues Manage evictions as needed Prepare annual budgets and report on financial performance Track lease dates and report vacancies, tenant data, and property conditions Manage on-site staff, vendors, and contractors Prepare CAM reconciliations Build and maintain tenant relationships Prepare purchase orders and approve invoices Maintain COIs for tenants and coordinate contractors Market vacant spaces to attract tenants as needed Handle move-out reconciliations, damage checks, and deposit returns per state law Communicate issues and recommendations to management Enter data into property management software Qualifications Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills Strong relationship management, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills Experience with Rent Manager, Yardi, and/or Entrata, preferred Working knowledge of affordable housing laws and anti‑discrimination legislation, preferred Experience in real estate, management, leasing, multi‑family/single family/scattered site housing, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred CPM, RPA, or RAM designation, preferred Requirements 2–4 years of directly related experience in an operational or related role Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred Required to drive personal vehicle on company business Required to physically tour and evaluate vacant and/or occupied properties Occasional same day travel may be required Benefits We offer competitive compensation, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
