Senior AML Analyst Hybrid – Phoenix, AZ Contract / Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $40-45/hr A global financial services organization offering the opportunity to work within a highly visible risk and compliance environment, supporting large-scale payment partner operations and global merchant services initiatives. Job Description Seeking a Manager, Third Party Payment Partner Due Diligence Operations to support partner onboarding, compliance reviews, and ongoing due diligence efforts within a regulated financial services environment. This role will be responsible for facilitating due diligence reviews for both prospective and existing partners, ensuring documentation accuracy, assessing partner risk levels, and coordinating with compliance and financial crime stakeholders. The position will work closely with internal business teams and external partners to drive timely reviews, maintain regulatory compliance, and support operational risk mitigation efforts. Required Skills Extensive experience in Customer Due Diligence, Compliance, KYC, or related areas within regulated financial services environments Strong understanding of due diligence methodologies, FATF guidelines, and applicable regulatory frameworks Experience with sanctions screening, monitoring, and partner risk assessments Ability to document investigations, decision‑making rationale, and compliance activities clearly and accurately Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and evaluate risk triggers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience creating presentations and communicating complex information clearly Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Bonus / Soft Skills University degree or equivalent experience Familiarity with LexisNexis Bankers Almanac, Dow Jones, or similar due diligence tools CAMS, ICA, or equivalent certifications Experience supporting payment networks, merchant services, or financial partnerships Self‑starter mentality with a proactive and collaborative approach We champion equality and inclusivity, proudly supporting an Equal Opportunity Employer policy.
