Steel & Metal Service Center (Pottsville) is seeking a motivated customer service associate to handle orders and communications in a fast-paced environment. You will be central to processing orders accurately and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include taking phone, walk-in, and email orders, ensuring timely responses and accurate entry, and delivering outstanding service during weekday business hours.
