Job Description Customer Service Representative The New England Team is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Natick, MA. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to answer general inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image both in our office and in our clients’ atmospheres and uphold a can-do attitude at all times. This position does include educating the consumer on products and services that we represent with the intention of gaining a sales. This interaction is done face to face versus over the phone in order for us to provide a higher level of customer service. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Provide excellent face to face customer service inside of a retail location Report any new customer acquisitions or account changes to management Postively and professional represent our clients and their products and services Assist the consumer in making an educated purchase on the products and services we represent Resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns Qualifications Job Requirements At least 1+ year experience in a customer service, marketing or sales environment, willing to make acceptationsfor the right candidate A student mentality Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr The New England Team
