Job Description Job Description We are a prestigious investment firm in Southern New Hampshire seeking a high-quality, energetic individual to support our operations and client service team. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and plays an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time or “mother’s hours” in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Principal Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
Support the Director of Operations and Financial Advisor team with meeting preparation and general administrative tasks
Follow up on action items resulting from prospect and client meetings, including completing paperwork for investment and insurance products
Facilitate client contribution and distribution requests
Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate account information
Process beneficiary updates and other account maintenance requests
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
Maintain and update all client contact records
Proactively assist with operational and client service needs
Perform additional office administrative duties, including ordering office supplies and supporting day-to-day office operations

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology preferred
