- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and managing the overall program schedule as well as activities in the customer’s statement of work.
- Effectively communicates program schedule/developments to the customer utilizing strong communication and organization skills.
- Manages multiple programs and successfully drives critical path items to completion by advocating for the customer across internal departments.
- Works with internal teams to ensure schedule clarity and alignment
- Communicates actions needed to support the schedules. Identifies blockers and suggests solutions.
- Work with engineering, operations and management to plan timing of new product introductions.
