Assistant Community Manager
$20 - $21 per hourWestdale
Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 224-unit luxury community in Pensacola, Florida!Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work at least one Saturday, with an alternative day off during the week, per month or as needed based on property needs.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.
Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
