PC Technician

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Break-Fix PC Technician to handle physical hardware repairs, component replacements, and troubleshooting. This position is strictly focused on hardware infrastructure —there is no software troubleshooting, operating system configuration, or help-desk support involved. If you love tearing down laptops, replacing motherboards, and diagnosing physical hardware failures, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair physical hardware issues on desktop PCs, laptops, and workstations. Perform component-level replacements, including motherboards, LCD screens, hinges, bezels, keyboards, camera modules, and ribbon cables. Efficiently manage a daily queue of repair tickets. Ensure high-quality repair standards to avoid dead-on-arrival (DOA) parts or follow-up issues. Accurately document repair notes and manage parts return processes. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in PC break-fix hardware repair. Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with major OEM hardware layouts (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, HP). CompTIA A+ or OEM certifications (Dell/Lenovo) are a major plus but not strictly required if you have proven hands‑on experience. Tools: Ability to use standard tech repair tools confidently (precision screwdrivers, spudgers, etc.). Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic. Physical/Logistics: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and reliable transportation (if travel between sites/territories is required). What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
